Making the visuals match the quality of the thinking.

How a YouTube video led to redesigning Daniel Priestley’s webinar deck, and a branded template now used across the ScoreApp team.

The Problem

I started as a reader of his books. Then I redesigned his slides.

I first discovered Daniel Priestley’s work through my mentor, Chris Do, his ideas on becoming a Key Person of Influence shaped how I think about my own business. Working on his presentations carried a personal weight.

The connection started when a past client attended one of Daniel’s webinars and messaged me to say his slides didn’t match the quality of his thinking. I attended a few myself, then made a YouTube video reworking his brand and slides. Daniel commented saying he really liked what I’d done. Shortly after, his team reached out with a brief.

The Work

His thinking was top-tier. The slides weren’t keeping up.

Webinar marketing is a core part of Daniel’s business at Dent. These presentations help people understand his frameworks, engage with his ideas and see how they could apply them. His thinking was already exceptional, but the visuals weren’t communicating it with the same clarity.

The frameworks weren’t doing enough to help the audience follow along or appreciate their significance. My job was simple in theory, make the visuals match the quality of the thinking.

The Result

One webinar deck. Now part of how ScoreApp presents their training.

Daniel and his team continue to use the redesigned slides in the webinar, making the deck an ongoing part of how they introduce his ideas to new audiences.

The branded template is also being used for ScoreApp team training workshops, giving the team a consistent foundation for their own presentations. What began as one important webinar now supports both Daniel’s delivery and the wider team’s work.
